Nice to meet you!
I am Wolkynir, a trained Electrician from Germany who recently decided to step into the world of rails and trains. Now I am getting trained to be a signal mechanic. Resulting in that, I have to learn how the switches, signals, signal boxes and many other securities related technologies surrounding railways and the trains running on them work to be able to install them, replace them or repair them.

If I am not at work, I still like to visit historical places and I love to see old locomotives. But way more often you might find me walking or riding my bicycle around somewhere, through a nice landscape, visiting interesting places and taking some pictures of things I like.
